SWEDENS MOST BEAUTIFUL TRAIL EXPERIENCE

– 3Peaks 18k, Coast to Summits 28/32k and Original 45k

The High Coast has been voted Sweden’s most beautiful natural area, and during the High Coast Trail you’ll experience the very best of this World Heritage Site. Whichever distance you choose, a dramatic landscape of coastal mountains and deep forests awaits.

BREATHTAKING EXPERIENCES

The High Coast Trail offers a unique mix of epic views and great vibes. To make sure as many people as possible dare to take on the challenge, we’ve created three different distances with generous cut-off times.

3Peaks 17K – On this 17K experience-packed route, we take on three of the High Coast’s iconic peaks: Herrestaberget, Getsvedjeberget, and Skuleberget. With a generous 6-hour cut-off, there’s time to soak in the views, stop for photos, and enjoy the unique sense of community that makes 3Peaks something special.

Coast to Summits 28K – On this adventure, you’ll explore the magical Skuleskogen National Park together with like-minded runners and take on the iconic Skuleberget, the crown of this World Heritage Site, voted Sweden’s most beautiful natural area.

The Original 45K – The classic trail challenge that has attracted participants from around the world since 2014. You’ve got 12 hours to experience the highlights of the High Coast before finishing at the very top of the World Heritage Site. Whether you run or power hike, this race blends adventure, stunning nature, and a great atmosphere.

Friday’s distances, 3Peaks and Coast to Summits, finish right at Friluftsbyn.

Saturday’s distance, the Original, finishes at the top of the High Coast World Heritage Site.

An experience for friends and family too!

Many people come on their own and enjoy the sense of community that builds on site. Others bring friends or family along. There’s plenty to explore even if you’re not taking part in a race. Some of the most popular activities include hiking Skuleberget and Skuleskogen National Park, taking a boat trip out to Ulvön, or heading out on an excursion to Nordingrå.

On Saturday, participants along with friends and family gather at the top of Skuleberget.

There are several beautiful spots where spectators can head out and experience the incredible views for themselves.
