High Coast Trail

RACE BRIEFING
& MINI-FAIR

Before each race, we gather and go through the course, receiving tips from previous runners. You can also visit the mini-fair where you meet our partners showcasing running equipment and also lending out jackets, backpacks, and shoes for the race.

Don’t miss this opportunity to meet other participants and get that final boost before the adventure!

RACE BRIEFING & TIPS

The meeting is not mandatory but will prepare you for the adventure ahead. The briefings take place at the following times:

MINI-FAIR

On-site, you’ll find Haglöfs and Icebug showcasing and lending out equipment that’s perfect for the High Coast Trail and, of course, your running experiences throughout the year.
Friday: 11:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 16:00 – 21:00

RACE BRIEFING & TIPS

Don’t miss the opportunity to receive a briefing of the race and tips from previous participants. We gather in Vardagsrummet before each distance and go through the trail; where you should take it a bit easier, where you can push a little harder, and where you need to pay extra attention to the course markings. We also answer any questions you and other participants may have before the experience.

Together, we go through the trail and the tips that will ensure you have a wonderful experience and keep going all the way to the finish line.

Of course, we have time to answer any questions – from you and from other participants. We also have a chat with individuals who have run your distance before.

Don’t miss this opportunity to get that final boost and be part of the energy that is created when we do one last recharge before the adventure!

MINI-FAIR

With a total of 1700 participants and accompanying family and friends, we take the opportunity to create a mini-fair together with our partners.

Haglöfs is present to showcase their latest equipment and also lend out really good lightweight jackets from the L.I.M series, while Icebug has two large shoe walls where you can test and even borrow shoes with perfect grip for the High Coast terrain.

The mini-fair is open to both participants, accompanying guests, and those who are just curious to stop by and check it out. There is also an opportunity to purchase coffee and lighter meals.
